Car il est beaucoup plus simple de mettre en place de bonnes habitudes et de pratiquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement quand on connait tous les bienfaits que cela peut nous apporter. C\u2019est un yoga de stabilisation dans le corps, d\u2019ancrage et de ressenti profond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re apporte de nombreux bienfaits dont la r\u00e9duction du stress et de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, am\u00e9lioration de la souplesse et de la force musculaire, r\u00e9duction de la tension art\u00e9rielle, am\u00e9lioration de la digestion gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la stimulation douce des organes internes, renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de sommeil, lib\u00e9ration \u00e9motionnelle, am\u00e9lioration de la concentration et clart\u00e9 mentale&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignfull has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);grid-template-columns:auto 40%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9ditations guid\u00e9es<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous oublions bien trop souvent d\u2019\u00eatre pleinement pr\u00e9sent au quotidien. Les stimulations ext\u00e9rieures sont nombreuses et nous ne prenons pas le temps de nous poser sereinement. Notre cerveau est sans cesse sollicit\u00e9, ce qui provoque un stress continu. S\u2019ancrer dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent et \u00eatre pleinement conscient aident \u00e0 ralentir le flux des pens\u00e9es. La m\u00e9ditation vous enseignera comment les accueillir, les observer, les int\u00e9grer (si besoin est), et \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise pour revenir dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent. C\u2019est \u00e9galement la seule action physique que l\u2019on peut faire \u00e0 la fois inconsciemment et consciemment. Respirez est synonyme de vie. L&rsquo;air que nous inspirons est notre premi\u00e8re source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Sans lui, pas de vie possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pranayamas sont les techniques de respiration issues du yoga. Elles ont inspir\u00e9 la sophrologie et le breathwork notamment. <br>Ma\u00eetriser sa respiration et apprendre \u00e0 respirer pleinement sont les cl\u00e9s vers votre bien-\u00eatre physique et mental.
